Tissue Engineered Regenerative Medicine
Intactis Bio’s work in large-scale tissue engineering and vascularization enables long-term tissue viability at clinically relevant scales. Functioning brain tissue is a critical regenerative medicine target, capable of providing anti-inflammatory effects, function, and reduced recovery times following injury. Large Scale Biocomputation
Biocomputation uses neuronal tissues and brain-machine interfaces to perform advanced computation. Silicon-based AI has massive electricity costs that will exceed our global electrical output by 2040.(1) In contrast, brain electricity usage is ~3e10 times lower than silicon-based AI, and cannot be surpassed, as it sits at the lower thermodynamic limit of data transfer.(2)(3)(4) By scaling and selling our biocomputation prototype, we aim to be a primary player in the 6.5 billion USD biocomputation market by 2030.
